Being the only daughter in your conservative asian family is hard as it is, but having to also deal with the sudden passing of your husband and the strange haunting that follows, have left you in a state of uncertainty. Everything in your life has felt like a transaction, and yet you yearn for more, but can you really find happiness with your overbearing mother hovering above you and the strange supernatural occurrences in your home? You sure can try. Your choices will shape the story and lead to multiple endings.
This demo is currently being actively worked on! We're working our hardest to bring you the best Lover's Enigma experience to you, we thank you for being patient and hope you will enjoy the game!
In the demo, you'll experience the first four days of the story and interact with the main characters.
By the fourth day, the character with the highest affection will appear, leading to their route, though this branching will only be available in the full game. However, you'll still get a glimpse of what unfolds before that moment!
Be careful, there are a few bad endings lurking, so watch your sanity~

i keep getting the bad ending on haruki's route on day 7, even when i play w/ a walkthrough... ive tried like 3 times to proceed yet the talisman doesnt work, is it a bug?? does somebody know how to fix it?
i LOVED this game very much especialy kazuki it was actually relatable i compleyed all the endings with the secret ones for kazuki but i have a question, There will be any dlc for kazuki or any updates with a good ending for kazuki?? i really wanted onee :,)
Absolutely AMAZING game like the charachters are 10/10 the art is to die for and do NOT get me started on Haruki. also the plot and story is genuenly one of the best ive seen so far

Hi, on the steam page it says 'This product is not compatible with macOS 10.15 Catalina or above' is that correct? :(
I'm on a pretty old OS but it's still newer than Catalina. (Monterey) Are there any workarounds for this? I really want to play this game!

hi hello i've had so much fun playing though so far! ive completed the endings for haruki, ren and ryota but im struggling to get kazuki's route, would you consider releasing a guide :3 no worries if not just thought to check!
Will Lover's Enigma be available on Itch too or just Steam?
As of May 20th 2026, the release will be Steam only due to current licensing agreements. Unfortunately, releasing the game on other platforms and handling storefront logistics are outside of our control as the development team, so for now we can only say it will be Steam only,,
Will there be a Mac version of the full game? :(
We will be uploading a mac version on steam tomorrow! Unfortunately we don’t have a mac so we need some time to test the build on an ios device :<

I absolutely love the game! The story is so interesting, as are the characters. Haruki is definitely my type (*≧∀≦). But can I ask (no offense intended, just curious)... why is the game's overall aesthetic black and white?
Wow. Just wow everything about this game is just so amazing! It definitely deserves more attention I don't know how to explain it but I'll try to make sense.. The first thing i noticed is that this isn't like the other new visual novels i usually see which makes this game very unique! Especially at the horror part because i actually got scared and ngl.. sometimes games labeled as horror aren't that scary 😢 (not trying to hate on other game creators!!) i love how the game kinda reminds me of omori (idk why) and I appreciate how the game has lots and lots of small details 🥹 it's so obvious that there was a lot of time, effort,patience and passion was put into this wonderful game. I find the storyline interesting and i love how the characters are very well written ( and how attractive main characters look 👀 /hj) Ngl.. the mini games where kinda stressing me out LMAO but i still had a bunch of fun playing and I can't believe this is just the demo!! I can't wait for the full game to be released 🥳 ( i hope it releases on mobile soon!! )

Hihi, Thank you for the message! We would love to localize the game in Spanish too! Unfortunately we are a small 4 man team and due to a combination of factors, we ultimately had to make the difficult decision to move forward with a single-language launch :( (English) This was not a decision we originally wanted to make, and we sincerely apologize for not being able to meet those expectations for day one.
While we currently do not have the capacity to add more languages for the day-one release, we’re hopeful that a successful launch will allow us to revisit this in the future! Thank you so much for your support and understanding!

I don't even know how to explain it but I found this to be so refreshing compared to other similar games. Maybe it was the story or the horror or the characters, but everything was super fun and interesting (Even Kazuki being dead was a fascinating character to me). I'm so intrigued by everyone and the mc and where the story is going. Also realized thanks to this game I have a problem with wanting to pursue everything that moves because tell me why I saw that cg with the two creepy dudes and I thought they were kinda...Anyways can't wait for the full game!

Hi, our game has not been released on Android yet. We will consider bringing it to Android after the PC release, but we cannot make any promises at this time.
I just finished playing, I mainly choosed interactions with Haruki this time, he is so cool he will surely stay my fav I love this guy <333 Tommorrow I hope I will try to talk to other characters more ^^ The graphic design of this game is amazing! I love the moving illustrations! Also the music and sounds... it was so creepy sometimes oh my god but in a positive way, I got quite scared haha! I'll surely recommend it to my friends, more people should definitely try playing it! Good job, I'll be waiting for full release! Thanks for your hard work!

Most aesthetically-pleasing vn I've played! Great animations, art, and story. Definitely one of my favorites thus far ^^ I absolutely LOVE Kazuki with all my heart, I kept playing for his points over and over despite knowing I'd lose all my sanity.

A really enjoyable demo that immediately pulled me in. The story is engaging, the mystery is compelling, and I loved the characters; they feel interesting and layered, even in this short experience. The choice-driven narrative already shows a lot of promise, and I’m very curious to see where the full story goes. Definitely one to keep an eye on.
